Derek Ellison and Sheila Reynolds founded Innovative Concrete Concepts, Inc. and made their vision a reality. ICC, Inc. grew out of a desire to provide the marketplace with custom concrete art pieces. What began as a dream became a reality when this group of friends decided to take a risk.


After building a successful decorative concrete company in Southern California, Derek Ellison shifted his focus to custom concrete countertops and pre cast items. Derek has received extensive training in the design and manufacture of custom concrete countertops, fireplaces, sinks and décor.

Sheila Reynolds holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Minnesota State University, Mankato. While attending college Sheila worked at her parent’s ready-mix concrete company. After relocating to Southern California, Sheila was able to blend a life time of concrete knowledge with her passion for interior design.
